Job summary

As a hands-on leader, you will develop training, manage escalations, collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.
• Experience in a high-volume pharmacy environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Experience coaching and developing staff with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification and clinical operations.
• Oversee service levels, staffing, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain performance reporting and drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Create and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Lead operational change and align with cross-functional partners.
• Develop proficiency across systems supporting remote pharmacy operations.
