Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification, patient consultations and clinical operations, ensuring safety and quality. This role reports to Care Operations and requires a PharmD and an active US license.

You will use data to drive staffing, performance and process improvements, partner with cross-functional teams, and maintain regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the US
• 4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience coaching and developing teams
• Experience in pharmacy operations (verification, consultations)
• Ability to use data/metrics to drive improvements
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance
• PharmD degree

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification and consultations
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity and patient experience
• Develop and maintain reporting; use data to drive improvements
• Plan staffing needs with Workforce Management to ensure coverage
• Create training and quality assurance programs for consistent operations
• Lead change; implement new workflows and tools
• Build expertise across systems (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato) and optimize workflows
• Maintain frontline proficiency and participate in coverage rotations
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage escalation pathways
