Sentara Health Administration, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting. This full-time remote role leads analytics for pharmacy trends, reporting, and PBM oversight, while guiding a team of analysts.

Collaboration with IT, Finance, and Compliance will be essential to deliver data-driven insights. You will mentor staff, develop dashboards in PowerBI/Tableau, and drive ROI-focused analyses to support business decisions and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP (Preferred)
• 5 years healthcare experience required
• 4+ years of managed care pharmacy or PBM analytics experience
• Proficient in writing SQL queries
• Excel proficiency; data visualizations in PowerBI/Tableau
• Experience with DataBricks; financial analyses and ROI
• Project management experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analytics resources to monitor pharmacy trends and develop reporting.
• Maintain and optimize pharmacy analytics and dashboards using PowerBI/Tableau.
• Support PBM oversight including financial guarantees, contractual terms, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance teams.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster growth and a servant leadership culture.
