Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence in the United States
• 4+ years experience working in a high-volume pharmacy
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing a team with performance feedback
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations
• Ability to use operational data to identify trends and drive improvements
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and clinical operations
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for operations using Looker and other tools
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage with Workforce Management
• Develop training and quality assurance programs to support patient safety and compliance
• Drive process improvements and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement changes
• Maintain proficiency in frontline workflows and participate in rotations as needed
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations
