Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor Remote Pharmacists for verification, consultations and clinical ops.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting for remote operations using Looker and related tools.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain appropriate coverage with Workforce Management.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs for safety and compliance.
• Lead change and rollout new workflows and technologies across the team.
• Build system expertise across Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, and Veriato to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Compliance for process improvements.
