Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience in a high volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, patient safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and performance visibility; drive improvements using data trends.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain appropriate coverage with Workforce Management.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs for compliant operations.
• Lead change initiatives and translate changes into clear team expectations.
• Build mastery of systems and tools supporting Remote Pharmacy Operations; troubleshoot issues.
• Provide frontline coverage when needed to support service levels.
