Qualifications

• Pharmacist with PharmD and licensed to practice.
• Experience leading remote or centralized pharmacy teams.
• Strong data-driven approach with performance metrics.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, patient safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists.
• Oversee service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and performance visibility using Looker and other tools.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety in pharmacy operations.
