Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.
• Ability to use data and Looker for performance monitoring and decision making.
• Experience implementing new workflows and technology in pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering pharmacy services.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations using data trends.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management and Care leadership for coverage and staffing.
• Drive training and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance and safety.
