Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high-quality services, including remote verification, patient consultations, and clinical operations.

You will drive performance, staffing, and training while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety. The role requires an active PharmD, US licensure, 4+ years in high-volume pharmacy, and 2+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience in a high volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with clear performance expectations.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use data/metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards.
• Education: PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Licensure: Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists providing verification and clinical operations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for remote operations.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage with Care leadership.
• Partner to develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Support implementation of new workflows, tools, and operational changes.
• Develop proficiency across systems/tools to monitor and optimize performance.
