Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a remote Pharmacist team delivering high-quality remote verification, patient consultations, and clinical operations. The role focuses on performance, coaching, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Product, Workforce Management, and other partners to optimize workflows, maintain compliance, and implement new processes in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• 4+ years experience in a high volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Strong ability to use data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification and clinical pharmacy ops.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting to monitor operations and drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage for patient demand.
• Partner with leaders to train and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
