Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a Remote Pharmacist team delivering high-quality pharmacy services, including remote verification and patient consultations. You will manage day-to-day performance, staffing, and quality while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management to optimize workflows and training programs, staying hands-on when needed to support service levels.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the United States.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Experience in prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical workflows.
• Ability to use data/metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor Remote Pharmacists for remote verification, consultations, and clinical ops.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting for remote operations; analyze trends to drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage with Care leadership.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new workflows and tools.
• Maintain proficiency across pharmacy systems and workflows; support frontline work as needed.
