Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in your state of residence.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Experience in a high-volume pharmacy is required.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical pharmacy operations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations using data and trends.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain appropriate coverage.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs for consistent, high-quality pharmacy operations.

Education

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States
