Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Solid understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification and clinical operations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting for visibility into remote pharmacist operations.
• Forecast staffing needs based on prescription volume and patient demand.
• Partner with leaders to develop training and quality assurance programs.
• Support changes, translate them into clear expectations, and drive adoption across the team.
• Maintain proficiency across systems supporting Remote Pharmacy Operations (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato).
• Step into frontline work to support service levels and patient demand.
• Ensure operations comply with local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Serve as escalation point for complex patient or operational issues.
