Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and patient consultations. You will ensure high-quality clinical operations while maintaining patient safety and compliance.

You will use data to monitor performance, collaborate with Pharmacy Operations and Product teams, and drive continuous improvement in workflows. This role supports the patient care experience in a fast-paced, technology-enabled setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
• Experience leading pharmacists in remote/centralized ops.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification and consultations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and visibility using Looker and other tools; drive improvements.
• Coordinate with Workforce Management and Care leadership for coverage and staffing.
• Drive training and quality assurance programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
