Job summary

Fuze Health in the United States is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high‑quality remote prescription verification and patient consultations. You will ensure service levels, quality, staffing, and strong patient experience while balancing safety and regulatory compliance.

You will develop training, coach staff, and partner with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the United States in good standing.
• 4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy environment.
• 2+ years in supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in pharmacy operations including prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Strong data-driven approach to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Solid knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Remote Pharmacist team in remote prescription verification and clinical operations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting to monitor operations and drive improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Develop training and quality assurance programs with Care leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Workforce Management, and Operations.
• Maintain proficiency in frontline workflows and participate in coverage rotations.
• Ensure adherence to local, state and federal pharmacy regulations.
