The role requires PharmD, strong leadership, and a proven track record in remote or centralized pharmacy operations, with a focus on patient safety and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Experience in high-volume pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing remote or centralized pharmacy teams.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive performance.
• Licensed pharmacist in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility using Looker and other tools.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management and Care leadership to ensure proper coverage.
• Drive training and quality assurance programs.
• Support implementation of new workflows and tools.
• Maintain proficiency in frontline pharmacy workflows and regulatory compliance.
• Handle escalations and ensure board compliance.
