Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the United States.
• 4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Experience with prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Ability to use data to drive improvements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a Remote Pharmacist team delivering remote prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and performance visibility for operations; use data to identify opportunities.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve workflows.
