Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is building a patient‑first care team with a remote pharmacist workforce and frontline leadership. The Care Supervisor oversees Remote Pharmacists delivering verification, patient consultations, and clinical pharmacy operations to maintain service levels and patient safety.

You will drive performance with data, create training programs, and collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Workforce Management to optimize workflows while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence; Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the applicable Board of Pharmacy.
• 4+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience directly managing, coaching, and developing a team, including setting performance expectations and providing ongoing performance feedback.
• Experience working in pharmacy operations, including prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical pharmacy workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical pharmacy operations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations.
• Forecast staffing needs based on prescription volume and patient demand, ensuring appropriate coverage.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs that support safe, compliant operations.
