Fuze Health seeks a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a remote team of pharmacists delivering high-quality patient care and clinical operations. You will oversee staff performance, training, and regulatory compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-driven decisions, and maintaining frontline proficiency across remote pharmacy tasks. Strong collaboration with Product, Workforce, and Ops is required.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in your state of residence and in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team with performance feedback.
• Experience in prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical workflows.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements and staffing decisions.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and clinical operations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility; use data to guide improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain appropriate coverage in collaboration with Workforce Management.
• Partner with Care leaders to create and execute training and quality programs.
• Adopt new workflows and tools, ensuring successful changes and adoption.
• Build systems expertise across pharmacy operations tools to optimize workflows.
