Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification and patient consultations. You will oversee daily performance, ensure quality, and drive process improvements with data insights.

The role partners with Pharmacy Operations, Product, Workforce Management and Compliance to optimize workflows and maintain patient safety. A PharmD and remote-work experience are required.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Experience leading or supervising pharmacists in remote or centralized operations.
• Experience managing a remote team and setting performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering clinical pharmacy operations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and performance visibility using data to drive improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pharmacy Ops, Product, Workforce Management and other partners.
• Support training, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
