Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote prescription verification, patient consultations, and other clinical operations. You will drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.

Ideal candidates have PharmD, experience managing remote pharmacy operations, and a strong track record in data-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required and licensed to practice pharmacy.
• Experience leading or supervising pharmacists, including remote teams.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with Looker or similar data-analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering remote verification and consultations.
• Oversee daily performance across service levels, quality, and patient experience; set clear expectations.
