Qualifications

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license.
• 4+ years in high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in supervisory role.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Experience in prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Strong data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and patient safety.
• PharmD degree from accredited school.
• US licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Remote Pharmacists for remote prescription verification and clinical operations.
• Oversee day-to-day performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for operations.
• Forecast staffing needs and coordinate coverage with Workforce Management.
• Drive training and quality assurance programs for consistent operations.
• Lead change and collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows.
• Build proficiency across systems (Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, Veriato) and optimize performance.
