Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists providing remote prescription verification and patient consultations. You will drive performance, ensure quality, and uphold patient safety within regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience in high-volume pharmacy operations.
• Remote or centralized pharmacy operations experience.
• Experience with data analytics tools to monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification and consultations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop reporting and performance visibility using Looker and other tools.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management and Care leadership to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Drive training and quality assurance programs for compliant pharmacy operations.
• Support implementation of new workflows and changes and ensure adoption.
• Maintain proficiency in systems like Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, and Veriato.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Manage escalations and maintain licensure requirements.
