Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Pharmacist to lead a team of Remote Pharmacists delivering high-quality pharmacy services, including remote verification and patient consultations.

You will oversee service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience while driving improvements through data-driven decisions. This leadership role emphasizes training, quality assurance, and collaboration with Pharmacy Operations, Product, and Compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and safe

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the applicable Board of Pharmacy.
• 4+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy.
• Experience directly managing, coaching, and developing a team.
• Experience working in pharmacy operations, including prescription verification, patient consultations, and clinical workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to use operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations, patient safety requirements, and compliance standards.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Experience leading pharmacists in remote or centralized pharmacy operations environments.
• Experience using lean, kaizen, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools in G-suite, JIRA, and data analysis tools like Looker.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Remote Pharmacists responsible for remote prescription verification and patient consultations.
• Oversee day-to-day team performance across service levels, productivity, quality, and patient experience.
• Develop and maintain reporting and performance visibility for Remote Pharmacist operations.
• Partner with Workforce Management and Care leadership to maintain appropriate coverage.
• Develop and execute training and quality assurance programs for consistent patient safety and compliance.
• Lead through change by implementing new workflows, tools, programs, and ensuring adoption.
• Maintain proficiency with Dialpad, Alto OS, Aspect, and Veriato in frontline operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and other Pharmacy Operations teams.
• Support frontline operations during peak periods and escalations.
