Job summary

Innovativ Pharma in Texas is seeking an entry-level Pharmaceutical Sales Territory Representative for Primary Care. You will educate physicians, promote products, and manage your territory to grow relationships with clinics and offices.

You will work with management to achieve sales goals and coordinate with internal teams. The role emphasizes remote work, strong communication, consultative selling, and ongoing learning to plan territory coverage, use sales tools, and uphold high ethical

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Consultative selling experience preferred.
• Must be able to work remotely and use Zoom software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted health‑care professionals to prescribe promoted products.
• Analyze territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
• Utilize sales tools, resources and supporting analysis to plan activity.
• Develop and execute plans to maximize selling resources.
• Pre‑call plan to match health‑care professionals' needs.
• Leverage data and customer knowledge to build discussions around HCPs and patients' needs.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales, communication and product knowledge training.
• Perform company business in accordance with all regulations and policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Customer focus/Building positive relationships – penetration of large accounts and identifying key decision makers
• Creative thinking in developing a customer base
• Create territory plan including goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grant/education proposals, etc. for key customers)
• Gain formulary acceptance/compliance with managed care accounts
• Scientific understanding of clinical papers
• Utilize consultative skills to assist customers with their business
