The role involves consultative selling, prospecting for new business, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and coordinating with local branches on pricing, quotations, and inventory.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of sales experience in Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; chemistry/technical science preferred.
• Ability to nurture an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong business savvy and customer relationship understanding.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Improve position within accounts through consultative selling at all levels.
• Prospect for new business with sales calls to grow territory.
• Focus on customer retention and overall satisfaction.
• Provide customer technical support and consulting to increase value.
• Maintain a clear view of sales pipeline.
• Set pricing and service levels; coordinate quotations with branches.
• Coordinate with Local Sales, Purchasing, and Operations on inventory.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety.
