Qualifications

• Hold a P&C license or commit to obtaining it within 90 days.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients.

• Adapt quickly to new digital tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted contact within a pooled model for Personal Lines.
• Manage inbound and outbound interactions across channels.
• Handle billing inquiries and guide payments to resolution.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals.
• Explain coverage, exclusions, and options clearly.
• Support claims by guiding next steps and setting expectations.
• Use digital tools to deliver faster, streamlined service.
