Job summary

Work At Home Vintage Experts LLC is seeking experienced professionals to manage Personal Lines client accounts from a remote setting. You will focus on building relationships through exceptional service, prepare applications, market risks, review contracts, issue COIs, obtain quotes, and bind or check policies while leveraging EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft systems.

Qualifications

• Manage Personal Lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Prepare applications, and market new and renewal risks.
• Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI’s).
• Obtain and/or review quotes.
• Bind and/or check policies.
• Request endorsements.
• Experience using EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management system is Current HIGH DEMAND for EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Lines client accounts with focus on relationship building and high-quality service.
• Prepare applications and market new/renewal risks for clients.
