Job summary

Team Focus Insurance Group is seeking a remote Customer Support specialist to handle inbound calls and chats from clients and agents about personal lines policies. You will answer questions, process endorsements, coverages, payments, and billing inquiries while maintaining a positive client experience and meeting service standards.

You will manage policy updates, cancellations, and other transactions, collaborate with teammates to improve workflows, and participate in training to stay current

Qualifications

• Two years agency experience in Personal Lines including homeowners and other lines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy.
• Proficiency with insurance systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone calls and chats from clients and/or agents in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding policies, coverage, billing, payments, and endorsements.
• Process assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, including policy updates, endorsements, cancellations, and other related transactions.
