Job summary

Gallagher seeks a Client Service Specialist in Personal Lines to provide responsive, high-quality support and become a trusted partner to clients. You will learn to identify needs, guide decisions, and foster stronger client relationships in a digitally evolving environment.

This fully remote role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, with support for our Quincy, MA location. Candidates should bring 1–2 years in customer service or insurance and a commitment to obtaining a P&C license

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, insurance, or related experience.
• Hold a P&C license or commit to obtaining it within 90 days.
• Clear communication, explaining coverage and next steps to clients.
• Stay organized and detail-oriented across tasks and priorities.
• Demonstrate a client-first mindset, building trust through responsiveness and professionalism.
• Solve problems proactively, handling inquiries with care and timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted contact within a pooled model, delivering responsive, accurate support across Personal Lines needs.
• Manage inbound and outbound interactions across channels, ensuring clear, efficient, relationship-focused experiences.
• Handle billing inquiries, guiding payments and resolutions while coordinating for timely outcomes.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals with accuracy and compliance.
• Explain coverage, exclusions, and options in a clear, client-friendly way.
• Support claims by guiding next steps and setting clear expectations.
• Take a proactive, consultative approach, identifying needs and strengthening coverage solutions.
