The role supports our Gloucester, MA office and requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, plus a P&C license or plan to obtain it within 90 days.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support across Personal Lines needs.
• Manage inbound/outbound interactions across channels.
• Handle billing inquiries and guide payments.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals.
• Explain coverage, exclusions, and options clearly.
• Support claims with next steps and expectations.
• Use digital tools to streamline service and improve efficiency.
• Build trust through high-quality interactions that drive retention.
