Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Private Client Group Associate for personal lines, with active P&C license and at least 2 years of personal lines experience. The role is fully remote for candidates who can align to 8‑5 PST, supporting client servicing, policy changes, and carrier communications.

Ideal candidates will maintain strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional client experiences while collaborating with Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license
• 2+ years personal lines experience
• California personal lines market experience strongly preferred
• Ability to obtain licensure in 50 states
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• High accuracy with large volumes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service and anticipate client needs.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes.
• Manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with claims processes as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates and carriers.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to strengthen insurance expertise.
• Champion IOA values and leadership.
