Responsibilities

• Deliver strong client service and strive for first-call resolutions.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes.
• Manage emails, faxes, and mail, updating client records.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain compliance and active licensure; communicate performance expectations.
