Job summary

Insurance Office Of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate.

This fully remote role supports Private Client Group personal lines accounts with a California market emphasis and requires an active P&C license. The ideal candidate will handle policy servicing, client communications, and coordination with carriers, while working with Account Managers to deliver exceptional service and drive agency growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience
• Active P&C license
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service and proactive communication, aiming for first-contact resolution
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with accuracy
• Manage emails, faxes, and mail communications and update client records
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documents
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance promptly
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business
• Assist with client claims processes as needed
• Maintain communication with supervisors about performance and coaching feedback
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, including licensure and CE
• Build positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers
• Strengthen industry knowledge and insurance expertise for client and business needs
• Support IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership
