Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate. This fully remote role supports Private Client Group personal lines accounts with endorsements, servicing, and seamless client communications.

A valid P&C license and California market familiarity are preferred. The role emphasizes accurate document handling, carrier coordination, and proactive client service while maintaining licensing and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience
• Active P&C license
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision‑making skills
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Client Service: Deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating client needs, maintaining professional communication, and striving for first-call resolution.
• Policy Servicing: Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with a high degree of accuracy.
• Correspondence Management: Efficiently manage email, fax, and return mail communications, ensuring timely updates to client records.
• Underwriting Support: Communicate with insurance carriers and clients to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide necessary documentation.
• Proofs of Insurance: Prepare and deliver accurate proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to support the servicing of books of business and ensure seamless client experiences.
• Claims Assistance: Assist with the facilitation of client claims processes as needed.
• Performance Communication: Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding challenges and performance expectations; implement coaching feedback.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including maintaining active licensure and continuing education.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive, productive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Professional Development: Continuously strengthen industry knowledge, technical skills, and insurance expertise to support client and business needs.
