Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate. You will support policy servicing, client communications, and carrier coordination while maintaining licensure and delivering outstanding service in a remote-capable setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service and maintain professional communication to achieve first-call resolutions.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes accurately.
• Manage emails, faxes, and return mail while keeping client records updated.
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide necessary documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to support servicing of books of business.
• Assist with claims processes as needed.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors about performance and coaching feedback.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, including licensure and CE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Continuously strengthen industry knowledge and insurance expertise.
