Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group Account Associate for personal lines. This fully remote role supports the account management team by handling policy servicing, client communications, and coordination with carriers to ensure accurate service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of personal lines experience, an active P&C license, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license with ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Client Service: Deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating client needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Policy Servicing: Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with high accuracy.
• Correspondence Management: Manage email, fax, and return mail communications, updating client records promptly.
• Underwriting Support: Communicate with carriers and clients to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide needed documentation.
• Proofs of Insurance: Prepare and deliver accurate proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Account Managers to service books of business and ensure seamless client experiences.
• Claims Assistance: Help facilitate client claims processes when needed.
• Performance Communication: Keep supervisors informed of challenges and performance expectations and act on feedback.
• Compliance: Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements, maintain licensure and CE.
• Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Professional Development: Strengthen industry knowledge and technical skills to support client needs.
• Champion IOA core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership.
