The ideal candidate has 2+ years of personal lines experience, an active P&C license, and the ability to obtain licensing nationwide. Remote work is offered with potential hybrid on-site requirements per policy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service by proactively anticipating client needs and maintaining professional communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with accuracy.
• Efficiently manage email, fax, and return mail communications and update client records.
• Communicate with carriers and clients to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver accurate proofs of insurance documents promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business and ensure seamless client experiences.
• Assist with facilitation of client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding challenges and performance expectations.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including maintaining active licensure and continuing education.
• Develop and maintain relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
• Continuously strengthen industry knowledge, technical skills, and insurance expertise.
