Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in personal lines insurance.
• Active P&C license required.
• Ability to obtain licensing in all 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy handling large workloads; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service with professional communication.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes.
• Manage emails, faxes, and mail with timely client record updates.
• Coordinate with carriers for underwriting requirements and docs.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and licensure.
• Build positive relationships with IOA agents and carriers.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and insurance expertise.
