Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Private Client Group (Personal Lines) Account Associate to support our account management team with policy servicing and client communications.

You will coordinate with carriers, processing endorsements and changes, while delivering exceptional service to clients. A current P&C license and state licensing eligibility are required, with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience
• Active P&C license
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes

Responsibilities

• Deliver client service with proactive communication and first-call resolution
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes
• Manage emails, faxes, and returns to update client records
• Coordinate with carriers to fulfill underwriting requirements
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance promptly
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business
• Assist with client claims processes when needed
