Qualifikationen

• Active P&C license is required.
• Ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience, preferably in California.

• Deliver client service with professional communication and strive for first-call resolution.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes accurately.
• Efficiently manage emails, faxes, and return mail to keep client records up to date.
• Communicate with carriers and clients to fulfill underwriting requirements and provide documentation.
• Prepare and deliver proof of insurance documents promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business and ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including licensure and CE.
