This fully remote role supports the Private Client Group personal lines accounts, handling policy servicing, correspondence, and carrier coordination to ensure timely, accurate service while maintaining active licensure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active P&C license and ability to obtain licensing in 50 states.
• Multiple carrier experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service and aim for first-call resolution.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and address changes with accuracy.
• Manage email, fax, and return mail communications.
• Support underwriting with required documentation for underwriting requirements.
• Prepare and deliver proofs of insurance promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to service books of business.
• Assist with client claims processes as needed.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding performance and coaching feedback.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including licensure and continuing education.
• Develop and maintain relationships with IOA agents, leadership, teammates, and carriers.
