Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Personal Injury Pre‑Litigation Case Manager on behalf of a rapidly growing personal injury law firm with a national presence. This is a fully remote, direct‑hire opportunity for candidates residing in Arizona, offering ownership of cases from initial intake through settlement.

The role requires independently managing 90+ cases, coordinating medical care, and driving matters toward resolution in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience as a Personal Injury Pre‑Litigation Case Manager, independently managing cases from intake through settlement.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload (90+ active files).
• Hands-on experience with medical management, medical records and bills, client intake, case progression, and personal injury claims processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of 90+ personal injury matters from intake through settlement, keeping ownership and deadlines.
• Serve as the primary client contact during the pre-litigation process with responsive guidance.
• Coordinate medical treatment and care, track progress, and ensure cases move forward.
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, insurance information, and documentation for claims.
• Prepare comprehensive demand packages and support settlement negotiations with accurate case information.
• Maintain accurate case information in the firm’s case management systems and prioritize tasks and deadlines.
