Parnall Law is seeking a skilled Pre-Litigation Case Manager to guide clients through their cases with clarity and care. This remote position allows you to work collaboratively, ensuring each case is attended to with the highest level of empathy and organization.

You will manage a caseload, maintaining detailed updates and metrics, while also providing key support to clients and the legal team throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Plaintiff's personal injury case management experience.
• Strong understanding of state, local, and federal court rules.
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all cases receive attention from intake through resolution.
• Maintain thorough familiarity with each case in your caseload.
• Communicate with adjusters on case matters.
