Job summary

Scion Staffing is recruiting for a Pre-Litigation / Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney role that is fully remote. Based on Tennessee requirements, you will focus on case strategy, maximizing value, and overseeing pre-suit PI matters.

You must have 2+ years of plaintiff PI experience (pre-lit preferred) and an active Tennessee Bar. You will evaluate liability, negotiate with carriers, and prepare cases for litigation when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plaintiff PI experience (pre-lit preferred).
• Active Tennessee Bar is required.
• Strong in case valuation, negotiation, and client management.
• Able to manage a high-volume caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-suit PI cases from intake through resolution.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to maximize recovery.
• Maintain client communication and oversee case progress.
• Prepare cases for litigation when needed.
