Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager on behalf of a rapidly growing personal injury law firm with a national presence. This is a fully remote, direct-hire opportunity for candidates residing in Louisiana, offering ownership of cases from intake through settlement.

You will independently manage a high-volume caseload (90+ matters), coordinate medical care, prepare demand packages, and drive matters toward successful

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience as a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager.
• Hands-on experience with medical management, medical records and bills, client intake, case progression, and personal injury claims processes.
• Experience with case management technology such as Filevine, Neos, EvenUp, Eve, Litify, Clio, SmartAdvocate, or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of 90+ personal injury matters from intake through settlement, owning progression and deadlines.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the pre-litigation process, providing responsive, compassionate guidance.
• Coordinate medical treatment and track progress to keep cases moving forward.
• Request, review, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, insurance information, and other documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive demand packages and support settlement negotiations with accurate case information.
• Maintain accurate case data in the firm's case management systems and prioritize tasks for a high-volume caseload.
