Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in personal injury law or medical case coordination.
• Experience managing a high volume of client files.
• Strong documentation and case management software skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients after engagement.
• Provide regular updates regarding treatment and case progress.
• Respond to client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist in resolving client concerns and maintaining strong relationships.
• Monitor treatment progress and medical care plans.
• Track appointments and follow up care.
• Communicate with medical providers to obtain updates when needed.
• Identify important case details that may impact case value.
• Communicate updates to prelitigation attorneys and paralegals.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files in the firm’s case management system.
• Ensure documentation is complete and properly recorded.
