TopDog Law LLC, a nationally growing personal injury firm, seeks a Litigation Paralegal to own client relationships and support attorneys across pre-litigation and litigation matters. The role combines case management, pleadings drafting, and evidence organization in a fully remote environment.

You will handle medical records reviews, discovery, and case strategy support while maintaining compassionate client communication and strict adherence to deadlines.

Formación

• Minimum 3–7 years supporting attorneys in personal injury matters (pre-litigation and litigation).
• Experience with medical records review and summarization.
• Prior work in a high-volume personal injury environment preferred.
• Experience in New York personal injury law is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist attorneys by organizing, reviewing, and summarizing records for case evaluation and valuation.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other legal documents; prepare filings and coordinate service.
• Conduct legal research, summarize medical records, and support negotiations with insurance carriers.
• Serve as primary client contact for case updates, requests, and document requests with professional communication.
