Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in New York.
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in reviewing and assessing Personal Injury claims.
• Investigate cases to determine compensability.
• Prepare and file no-fault applications and MVIAC applications.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase.
