TopDog Law is a fully remote personal injury firm seeking a Case Manager who owns the client relationship from intake to settlement. You will connect clients to the right care, move cases with urgency, and use technology to stay sharp and accurate.

You will thrive in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment, collaborating with a distributed team while upholding trust, accountability, and exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing, requesting, and summarizing medical records and bills.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from day one through settlement.
• Be the client's dedicated advocate and guide them through a stressful experience.
• Drive cases forward with urgency and precision.
• Build demand packages that tell a compelling story and negotiate outcomes.
• Be the source of truth on every case you touch using cutting-edge technology.
